Mr. Ali Bouallou was born in Rabat in 1972. After a baccalaureate in mathematical sciences obtained at the Moulay Youssef high school in Rabat in 1989, he obtained his engineering degree from the Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique de Paris in 1995. He began his career as a pre-sales consultant with the representatives in Morocco of Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) before founding an information systems integration consulting company in 1998. He then co-founded in 2003 a service company specializing in face-to-face and e-learning training services. He subsequently founded other companies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Mr. Ali Bouallou has been the adviser for information technologies for several national institutions, including the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, and renowned private companies as well as several provinces and prefectures. He has also been a consultant to several international organizations. He has also taught in universities and schools of higher education subjects related to information and communication technologies and strategic monitoring on the Internet. Mr. Ali Bouallou has participated in and led several international seminars on information technologies both in Morocco and abroad. He has also obtained international certifications in the field of Internet Governance (IG), electronic voting (e - voting ), e-democracy, international property rights (IPR) and strategic planning of Technologies. Information and Communication (ICT Strategic Planning). Mr. Ali Bouallou is also a member of the Internet Society Morocco (ISOC).
